Welcome to Family Store Records! We ship worldwide, There is a shipping calculator in the basket to give you a clear guide of rates and available services based on wherever you are.


We’re record junkies ourselves, so we feel it’s super important we take the utmost care when packaging your new favourite album – all records are wrapped internally using rigid cardboard, and then wrapped once more with a flatpack mailer to keep it from moving about. All our records remain brand new, never played and sealed. This sometimes comes with exceptions for sale line items, which is included in the product description.


All preorder items are charged upon placement of order, we operate a 14 day cancellation policy on preorder items - after the initial period from order placement it will no longer be possible to cancel your order.

UK Free Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders of £100 and over, sent
within mainland UK.

To qualify for free delivery, your order will be sent as one
dispatch. If your order includes items that are not in stock at the point of ordering – such as pre-order items - then your order will be held until all pre-order items are in the building and your order is ready for shipping. If you want your records sooner, please place individual orders for pre-order items or feel free to contact us via email to sort it!

International Shipping

Yes! We ship worldwide, if you cannot find your respective country when checking out please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Large orders that hit a certain weight will have shipping cost determined at a later date, this is for us to give you an accurate shipping rate and will reflect when checking out and on your order confirmation as 'Shipping Costs TBC'. Once your order has arrived, we will then contact you seperatley to arrange a courier service.

We’re a physical shop, so yes, you can order for Click &
Collect and come say hi / grab a coffee while you’re here!


We operate a 30 day returns policy upon receipt of the goods to the buyer -

For damaged items, please email and we will email you back for the next steps.

Unwanted items are returned at the buyers expense & must be returned sealed, and in mint condition - failure to do so will result in a non refund. We do not refund the original postage for items that have been returned as unwanted orders.

Any non faulty returned items over £100 will be subject to an administration fee that is variable dependent on the order value. This is to alleviate the cost for return postage as well as administration required around the return for high value orders.

* If you order a pre-order item amongst an order of in-stock
releases, we will hold the order until all items are ready to ship

* We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank

* Royal Mail First Class service is without tracking.

* Royal Mail Tracked 24® includes end-to-end tracking.

* Royal Mail Tracked 48® includes end-to-end tracking.
